Ron Cherilus

Executive coach and founder of the I AM Center in Montreal in 2012, Ron Chérilus launches Tangible in 2025, a collective of experts in strategic and human support serving businesses and organizations.

Tangible is a handpicked network of professionals: coaches, leadership, strategy, and emotional intelligence experts, brought together to create the conditions for real, concrete, and lasting transformation.

With over 15 years of experience, Ron designs, structures, and facilitates high-impact spaces for reflection and decision-making, where people, issues, and choices align. He supports executives, entrepreneurs, and teams in key moments of their trajectory: growth, transformation, repositioning, or major decision-making.
